Zambia Airways started commercial operations in December 2021 as a 55/45 joint venture between the Zambian government and Ethiopian Airlines. After the missed announcement of mid-2022, the young startup is now showing all the guarantees for its regional rollout.
The Ethiopian Aviation Academy (EAA), which is one of the eight strategic branches of the Ethiopian Airlines Group, has five schools with a total annual intake capacity of 4,000 trainees.
