Founded by award-winning experts Dr. Olubayo Adekanmbi and Dr. Ife Adebara, EqualyzAI places African languages and contexts at the forefront of the global AI evolution. Dr. Adekanmbi brings a wealth of experience from his roles as a C-level executive at MTN and Airtel Africa UK Limited, where he spearheaded innovations that served over 250 million customers across more than 20 African countries. Notably, he is also a Global Grand Challenge winner recognized for his work on Large Language Models (LLMs) and a key figure in establishing Data Science Nigeria, Africa’s leading AI learning and solution delivery network.

Dr. Adebara is a globally recognized AI researcher with a specialization in Deep Learning, Computational Linguistics, and Natural Language Processing (NLP). With a PhD from the University of British Columbia, she has received accolades such as the UNESCO IRCAI Top 10 Outstanding Global AI Solutions award for her pioneering work on models that enhance language identification and understanding across 517 African languages.
