Aleph Hospitality to Manage Best Western Premier - Royal Golf View, Kigali, Expanding Premium Hospit
Aleph Hospitality, the largest independent hotel management company operating across the Middle East and Africa, has secured a hotel management agreement with DND Developers for the upcoming Best Western Premier - Royal Golf View in Kigali, Rwanda. This marks Aleph Hospitality’s third property in Rwanda’s capital city and is slated to open its doors in July 2027.
Located in the upscale Kacyiru neighbourhood, adjacent to the Kigali Golf Club, the new hotel will feature 60 guest rooms and 41 branded residences. Guests will also enjoy two food and beverage outlets, a health club, and a swimming pool, all designed to meet the rising demand for premium hospitality experiences in the region.
Daniel Mehari, Managing Director of DND Developers, expressed confidence in Aleph Hospitality’s expertise, highlighting their deep market knowledge and operational capabilities across Rwanda and the wider region as key factors for the project’s anticipated success.
Bani Haddad, Founder and Co-CEO of Aleph Hospitality, pointed to Rwanda’s growing tourism sector, with projected visitor arrivals reaching 1.65 million and an expected economic contribution growth of 13%. Haddad emphasized that the Best Western Premier - Royal Golf View will be a landmark addition to Kigali’s hospitality offerings, combining elevated guest experiences with strong operational performance for the owners.

The collaboration between Aleph Hospitality, DND Developers, and BWH Hotels exemplifies a shared commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences in the capital.
This partnership reflects Aleph Hospitality’s ongoing dedication to supporting hotel development across Africa. Currently, the company’s portfolio encompasses 80 hotels, including 50 operational properties and 30 under development, underscoring its significant role in shaping the continent’s hospitality landscape.
