ASKY Airlines inaugurated its service from Praia to Cape Verde in April 2019. The service was subsequently disrupted due to the health crisis.

ASKY Airlines announces the resumption of its flights to Cape Verde. From 2 June, the Togolese carrier will offer three weekly rotations between its Lomé hub and Praia.

The route will be operated via Dakar (Senegal) on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. ASKY Airlines will use its 737-800 fleet. On the Dakar-Praia leg, it will compete with Air Senegal which serves the route several times a week with ATR72-600.

As a reminder, ASKY Airlines currently operates a fleet of eleven aircraft: six (6) Boeing 737-800s and five (5) Boeing 737-700s, serving twenty-six (26) cities in twenty-three (23) countries in Africa.
